Is it time to sell your investment property?

Did you know that the new Mortgage Insurance regulations that are coming into effect in April will require investors to put 20% down when purchasing an investment property? This may affect the sales of investment properties and make them harder to sell.

If you are thinking of selling your investment property, but wanted to wait until the spring market, it may be a better time to get it on the market and sold before April 19, 2010.
