Whenever Michael or I had a question or concern you were always there with the answer, ready and willing to help in any way. When you said you would do something for us and contact us right away, you did. We were never left "hanging" waiting for your reply. I also loved how you would reply to our emails with a phone call, it really was nice to talk to you directly, rather than receiving an email reply.  Communication between professionals and clients has become so impersonal these days.

During the sale of our home you were in continuous contact with us, updating us on all aspects along the way.
